ABOUT ME
After 18 years as expat parent, learning through the struggles of my ADHD children in 6 countries across 3 continents, as well as managing my own ADHD symptoms; I come to ADHD coaching with a unique skill set and lived experience.
I have a deep-rooted understanding of the challenges individuals with ADHD face on a daily basis. Drawing from my experience navigating existing support networks I recognized the profound impact that targeted strategies and personalized support can have on managing ADHD symptoms and fostering personal growth. Witnessing firsthand the transformative power of coaching in helping my daughters harness their unique strengths and navigate through obstacles, I was inspired to specialize in ADHD coaching. My goal is to empower individuals to cultivate self-awareness, develop effective coping mechanisms, and unlock their full potential in all areas of life. I truly believe that the magic of ADHD is that the answers lie within us.
